Frances Crossley
Broker Associate, KW Commercial, WILCO Division
Frances Crossley dedicated many years as a sales professional for a national sales company prior to her transition into commercial real estate. She converted industries in 2012 when she joined KW Commercial Round Rock market center, and from there spearheaded the KW Commercial WILCO Division and WILCO Relocation Division which bridged the market knowledge in medical, industrial, and financial industries. Frances has cultivated her extensive professional real estate experience through means of active listening for her client’s goals and needs. She has worked ceaselessly to create opportunities and build partnerships with her clients throughout the Williamson and Travis counties. Whether the intentions be for a start-up business, franchise, developer, investors, and/or national corporation, Frances Crossley works vigorously to execute all her clients’ commercial real estate ambitions. As a long-term Williamson County resident and a graduate of Texas A&M University in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution, Frances is equipped with vast knowledge, experience, diversity and successfully established business relationships within the city’s real estate, social and business cultures, and is further furnished by her partnership with the highly acclaimed commercial real estate resources of KW Commercial-WILCO Division. Frances harbors an array of experience within the industry to include land acquisitions, office, light industrial, sales, leasing, and investment real estate. Her expertise and “heels on the ground” mentality help foster the needs of clients seeking to relocate or expand in this burgeoning region of Texas. Frances has facilitated a few landmark transactions which include Kalahari Water Park & Resort brokering the sales of 55,000 SF former Albertson’s building to PISD Administration office; over 115,000 SF leased at Crystal Falls Commerce; major developments to include: The Villas at Chandler Creek, Legends Village, and The Shops of Legends Village; and numerous large land acquisitions. Frances was recently awarded the KW Commercial Triple Crown placing 1st in two of three categories with over 54 million dollars volume closed as an individual in 2021. For KW Commercial 2021, Frances ranked 6th Nationally and was the number 1 Producer in the State of Texas.

With a relentless passion for both leasing and sales, Kim’s dynamic drive is evident.
